Hiring a dispatcher or CSR?

Map the role before you fill it. That seat, or any seat that answers your phones. We show you how much of the job an AI team member covers, what stays human, and what the difference is worth in dollars. Then we build it, run it, and manage it for you.

168 hours
in a week your phone can ring. A great hire covers 40.
$1,000+
average value of a missed call in the trades. Most go to whoever answers next.
24/7
an AI team member answers every call, books the job, and never puts in two weeks.

The job posting says one thing. The job is another.

We pulled apart real dispatcher and CSR job postings from shops like yours. Most of the role is repeatable phone and follow up work. Some of it truly needs a person. Knowing the split before you hire changes what you hire for.

  • Resolving upset customers where trust is on the line
  • Parts and vendor relationships that run on negotiation
  • Coaching and culture, the things a shop actually runs on

Map your role

Four quick questions. If it looks like a fit, you book a role mapping call with our founder and get a written breakdown of your exact role, with the numbers.

How it works

1

We map the role

On a short call we walk through how calls and jobs move through your shop, with your job description in hand. You get a written role map: what an AI team member covers, what needs a person, and the dollar difference.

2

We build your AI team member

Trained on your services, your service area, your intake questions, and your scheduling rules. Connected to the software you already run. You operate nothing.

3

We run it. You see the numbers.

Live in about two weeks. We monitor every call, tune it weekly, and send a monthly report in dollars: calls answered, jobs booked, after hours revenue recovered.

Common questions

Does it work with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber?

Yes. Jobs are booked directly into the field service software you already run, with live availability checks so nothing lands on a wrong slot or a double booked tech.

What happens on emergency calls?

Emergency calls are recognized and routed straight to your on call phone with the caller details already captured. Routine calls get booked. Your rules decide which is which.

What if it can't handle a call?

It hands the call to your team warmly, with a full transcript, so the caller never repeats themselves. Every call is recorded, and we tune the AI continuously on your real conversations.

Do we still need to hire a person?

Sometimes, for a smaller role than the one you posted. The role map shows exactly which duties need a human, so if you do hire, you hire for the right job at the right size.
